If you notice the red light indicator flashing 10 times, it means your Infinity 2 device needs to be charged. If your Infinity 2 isn’t functioning as expected, ensure it is fully charged. If the issue persists, check the connection between the pod and the device. Cleaning the contact points with a dry cloth can often resolve the problem. For further assistance, contact our customer support team.

- A flashing light on your Infinity 2 could indicate a low battery or a puff time-out. If the red light inficator flashes 10 times, it’s time to recharge.
- If the device does not vibrate upon inserting the pod and the red LED light flashes, this could be due to a low battery or a device issue. First, charge the device. If the issue continues, the device may need to be replaced.
- If RELX Infinity 2 device vibrates and the white LED lights up when inserting the pod, but the LED flashes when inhaling, this situation usually points to an issue with the pod. The resistance between the pod’s pins might be out of the normal range (0.7Ω~4Ω), indicating a faulty pod. Try replacing the pod to resolve the issue.
- When the LED flashes when inhaling, it could be due to a connection issue between the device and the pod. You can try cleaning the device's connection points with a cotton swab and replacing the pod. If the issue persists, consider replacing the pod with one starting with the serial number “S.”
If there’s a connection issue, first clean the contact points on the device with a cotton swab. Ensure that the pod is properly inserted. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the pod, particularly with one whose serial number begins with “S.”
