How to start the subscription plan
Those who has never placed an order on RELX CA official website.
There are two ways to change your plan:
Log in to your account and find ‘My Subscription’, and then you can check, change, or cancel your order.*

The order confirmation will be sent after the payment is created. The shipping confirmation will be sent after the shipment of goods.
Normally, the first delivery will arrive in 3-7 business days after the date of payment. Thereafter, your subsequent deliveries will arrive at the interval you selected.
You can contact our customer service via live chat or support@relxcare.com for a refund. You may need to return the package to us to proceed with the refund, and please make sure all products are not opened.
